A sneak look at..................

This is a sneak peak at my piece of soutache for the Beading Babes challenge. This harp shape is now a pair of earrings with some other components made ready for a necklace. In an earlier post you can see my first practice earring in browns and beige. I love this technique, it's fun, freeform, a play with colours and asymmetrical shapes. Watch out for full pics in September.

A little bit of re-organisation

I've finally got to resorting my beading are, everything now has a home, is sorted into colours and types. This should be so much more useful when planning projects and shopping
I ended up with 5 trays of gems

All the seed beads, delicas, and other shapes have gone in these

Crystals fit nicely in round stackers in drawers with lots of other bits

 A tray of rivolis
Now to get some beading done!
